Refund Policy

Custom-made products

Every MantaSigns panel is custom made to order. Production begins as soon as you approve your design proof, and the finished panels are cut to the exact shape of your vehicle and printed with your artwork. We cannot resell them.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, goods that are made to a consumer's specification or clearly personalised are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel. We therefore do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please check your proof carefully before approving it. Once approved, your order goes into production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect

If something is wrong with your order, we will put it right. This includes:

A manufacturing fault (poor print quality, cutting error, delamination, magnetic sheet defect)
Damage in transit
An order that does not match the proof you approved

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mantasigns.com with:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photographs showing the fault or damage (and the outer packaging if damaged in transit)

Once we have reviewed the evidence, we will offer a free reprint, a replacement, or a full or partial refund — whichever is appropriate to the issue. We may ask you to return the faulty item before we dispatch a replacement; if so, we will cover the return postage.

What we are not able to refund

We cannot offer a refund or replacement where:

The artwork you supplied or approved on the proof contained an error (spelling, contact details, colour choice, logo version)
You changed your mind after approving the proof
The vehicle make, model or year you entered at checkout was incorrect
The panels have been damaged after delivery through incorrect installation, misuse, or use on a surface they are not designed for (curved surfaces, non-metal panels, vehicles with plastic body sections)
Wear and tear from normal use over time

Our magnetic panels are designed to fit the recessed panels of the vehicles listed on our site. They are not suitable for vehicles with significantly curved body panels or non-ferrous (non-magnetic) surfaces. If you are unsure whether your vehicle is compatible, please contact us before ordering.
