These terms govern your use of mantasigns.com and any orders you place with us.

Placing an order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy the goods at the price stated. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, only when we email you a proof of your design. Until that point we may decline your order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or your vehicle not being compatible with our products.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing rate
Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses
Payment is taken in full at the point of order
If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund

Custom orders, proofs and approval

Our products are custom made to your specification. The following applies to every order:

After your order is placed, we will email you a digital proof showing the design and layout of your panels
You may request up to two free revisions to the proof
Once you approve the proof in writing (by email or via our portal), production starts and the order cannot be changed or cancelled
You are responsible for checking your proof carefully before approving it — including spelling, contact details, colours, logo version, and vehicle fit

Artwork you supply

When you upload artwork, a logo or other content for use on your panels, you confirm that:

You own the rights to it, or have the rights-holder's permission to use it
It does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, trade mark or other rights
It is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
It complies with applicable advertising standards (CAP Code)

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork we believe breaches the above, and to cancel and refund the order if we cannot agree alternative artwork with you. You indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from your artwork.

Refunds and faults

See our Refund Policy. In summary: change of mind is not refundable on custom products, but if your panels arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will reprint, replace or refund as appropriate.

Product compatibility

Our magnetic panels are designed for the recessed body panels of the specific vehicles listed on our website. They are intended for use on clean, flat, ferrous (magnetic) metal surfaces. They are not suitable for:

Vehicles with plastic, aluminium or other non-ferrous body sections
Heavily curved body panels
Surfaces that are dirty, waxed, damaged or rusted
Speeds in excess of UK motorway limits (70 mph)

You are responsible for checking compatibility and for installing the panels correctly. We are not liable for damage to your vehicle's paintwork, or for panels detaching, where the cause is incorrect installation, dirty or damaged surfaces, misuse, or use outside the conditions above.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.

Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including industrial action, supplier failure, courier delays, IT failures, fire, flood, severe weather, or acts of government.

Website use

You may not use our website to:

Break the law or infringe anyone's rights
Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Scrape, copy or reproduce our content for commercial purposes without permission

All content on the site (including images, text, designs and the Manta Signs name and logo) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
