Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across mainland UK. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, BFPO addresses, or internationally. If your delivery address falls into one of these areas, please contact us before ordering for a custom quote.
Production and lead times
All MantaSigns panels are made to order. Your timeline runs as follows:
- Proof within 2 working days. Once you have placed your order and uploaded your logo and details, our design team will email you a digital proof of your panels.
- Up to 2 free revisions. You can request changes to the design. Production only starts once you have approved the proof.
- Production: 3–5 working days from proof approval. We print, laminate, bond to the magnetic substrate, and cut your panels to the exact shape of your vehicle.
- Dispatch: tracked Fedex courier, next working day delivery. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves us.
Total time from order to delivery is typically 6-9 working days, assuming prompt proof approval.
Delivery cost
Standard tracked delivery on all UK mainland orders is £8.99.
Couriers
We dispatch via tracked courier. The carrier we use may vary based on parcel size and destination, but generally it will be with our partner courier; Fedex. A tracking link will be emailed to you on dispatch.
Delivery address
Please make sure the delivery address you enter at checkout is complete and correct. We cannot be held liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address that you have provided. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; the additional postage cost will be payable by you.
If you ask a courier to leave a parcel in a "safe place" or with a neighbour, the parcel is at your own risk from the point of that delivery.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged contents before unpacking further
- Email us at support@mantasigns.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. We may need to wait for the courier's investigation to conclude before we can dispatch a replacement.
Order tracking and updates
You will receive an email when:
- Your order is received
- Your proof is ready to review
- Your order has been approved and is in production
- Your order has been dispatched (with tracking)
